Hi, I am Yosh. A Japanese mom of two human girls and two kittie girls who lives in America with my amazing husband. I came into motherhood in my 40s aka grown mom. I have been through a lot as a young foreign girl to where I am today.

Sometimes life threw things at me like I have never expected and brought me down like I have never imagined. But I never lost where I come from, how I was raised and how I treat people which is universally important no matter where you are. So, with that, I reinvent myself over and over every time the life gets challenging.

I was always interested in wellness and while I was going through hard time in my life, I realized my mental health and physical health is equally important. I picked up boxing and kickboxing workout with weight lifting and it helped me beyond expectation. I felt like I was alive, coming back to who I am, expanded my horizon. I reinvented myself again and again. And here I am today... Mother, Wife, momprenuer ... I want to keep reinventing myself. 40 is new 20 though I don't want to go back to my 20s and I am sure many agree with me but I feel like I still got a lot to offer.
